A takeaway about tomorrow’s answers

One of Einstein’s graduate students asked, “What will be on the test this week?”

“Same as last week.”

“But won’t that make it easy?”

“No, because the answers have changed.”

If true in physics, even more for leaders.

We all know the questions. Leaders need to help us create better answers.

Better ways to navigate changing conditions, rise to challenges, and seize opportunities.

The leader’s test is always to set direction, inspire commitment, drive for results, and develop themselves, while they earn trust every day, and serve with utter devotion.

The only way to keep doing that, is to keep learning and growing.

The best way to do that is to connect with people who are thrilled to help you grow. Better still, if they’re just as enthused to ask for your help too.

To improve yesterday's answers, seek growth partners to prepare for the "tests" you most want to take.

That's the takeaway: Take tomorrow's tests together.
